Professional and modern website

The Zielone Wzgórza housing estate consists of 28 buildings. The challenge was to prepare an interactive preview of availability on mobile devices. The details of each apartment should be as easy and pleasant to check as possible for a potential customer of the developer, who visits the website on a phone. And as you can see, it worked! 

The investment's website was coded in the latest technology, which means that despite the short 3D animations and photorealistic 3D visualizations that are on the site, the site opens in a blink of an eye and is ready for browsing right away.

After typing the phrase: "Osiedle Mława", ( ENG: estate + town) our client's website appears on the 1st position, right under the ads and materials from Google.

This is a sensational result, which allows the real estate developer to attract new customers and build brand awareness - for free!

Photorealistic 3D visualizations

For this development project, we also prepared photorealistic 3D visualizations of the housing estate from the outside and photorealistic visualizations of the interior. The estate is surrounded by forests and farmlands, so the 3D designers took advantage of this asset and prepared photorealistic visualizations where you can easily feel the atmosphere of the estate. 

The building has a very well thought-out layout of rooms, so we decided to prepare photorealistic visualizations of the interior for the most attractive room - the living room. Colors and interior design are classic modern style with a slight reference to the natural climate of the estate. 

On the website, you will also find a drone photo - a visualization of the estate from a "bird's eye view". This form of location presentation - gives the recipient a direct view of where the estate is located and what attractive places are nearby. 
Recipient sees it all in the picture, which produces a much better effect than a map.
