Alexander Gadomski, the founder of REND.PRO, has been fascinated by technology, entrepreneurship, and marketing from an early age.

He grew up in a small village in Poland with just 230 residents, in a farming family.

There were no IT companies, ad agencies, or modern businesses where he could gain professional experience. Nonetheless, by observing the everyday work of his parents, he absorbed work ethics, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

By the age of 15, he already knew his path would involve 3D graphics and marketing. That truly captivated him.

He taught himself all the necessary skills-through trial and error and from books by top global experts.

School was never a place where he felt he was growing. On the contrary-he learned more during breaks between classes, browsing PDF books, e-books, and even photos of printed book pages on his phone. Every moment was a learning opportunity-on his way to and from school he listened to audiobooks about business, marketing, and sales psychology.

He passionately developed his skills, but quickly realized that in his environment, there were no opportunities to use them professionally. That’s why at 19-in his final year of technical school, just a month after prom-he started his own business with the ambitious goal of gaining international clients.

Even then, he was diving deep into the mechanics of business and analyzing the magic behind marketing-why some social media posts get hundreds of thousands of likes while others barely get two. It was a puzzle he wanted to solve. So he began experimenting, testing, and implementing new ideas. Thanks to this, his personal Instagram profile grew to 2,500 followers in just a few months-more than ten times the population of his home village. It was like a whole small town following his online journey.

He managed to land a few projects with real estate developers-and it was then he noticed that among various industries and client types, working with developers suited him best. At the same time, he saw that his marketing knowledge could be applied on a larger scale-it could help promote something that doesn’t physically exist yet.
