We had the pleasure of working with the developer KDM Nieruchomości sp. z o.o.  For this developer from Warsaw, we have created the housing estate logo, 3D animation, banner, investment website and a set of photorealistic 3D visualizations. The estate will be built in a great location at Farbiarska Street, Ursynów district, Pyry. Not far from the center of Warsaw.

Investment website is a business card

A showcase of the estate - the investment website is distinguished by a photorealistic 3D animation of the estate, which welcomes at the very beginning each client who found out about your development project. 

The recipient, without any effort, can stay on top of the page and see the "virtual journey through the estate". After a while he knows exactly what and where is going to be built, now he has to look down the page to check the details.

High Position of the Real Estate Investment Page in Google

After a short period of time, the investment page was on the 1st position in Google - organically.

After typing the phrase: "farbiarska ul. osiedle warszawa", (street name + housing estate + warsaw) our client's website appears on the 1st position in all of Poland.

This is a sensational result, which allows the real estate developer to attract new customers and build brand awareness - for free!

The biggest advantage of 3D animation of the estate over photorealistic 3D visualization of the estate is the effect of "absorbing" the viewer. Movement holds the attention of the viewer and makes the customer engage much more than looking at a static image.
