"Eko Wkra" is a unique - 2 segment, 8-unit housing estate located near Wkra river in Strzegowo. For the developer, BGK Investment sp. z o.o., we have created a set of marketing materials + promoted the investment through an advertising campaign.

Consistent graphic design of the housing estate website

Coloring of the investment's website refers to the "wkra" river, which is located near the plot on which the housing estate is being built. The site itself is light and simple. Exactly like all our websites, it also leads the client step by step, from learning the name of the estate to contacting the developer. 

All buttons on the site have been strategically placed so that the customer visiting the site can go to a quick contact with the developer at any time. The color scheme, page layout, and button placement all come together perfectly.

High position of the real estate developer website and investment in Google

After a few months, the website of the investment was on the 1st position in Google - organically. (big arrow on the picture)

After typing the phrase: "osiedle strzegowo ", (ENG: estate + locality) our client's website appears in the 1st position in all of Poland.

The search result below this position, is the site of a real estate developer presenting the same investment. (small arrow)

Phenomenal 3D Visualizations

For the "Eko Wkra" investment we have created a set of 7 3D visualizations which present the estate from every side. Each visualization is different, because it presents the estate in a different climate. We took advantage of the fact that the estate is located right next to the river. We created a photorealistic visualization with the river and kayakers in the foreground. The river "Wkra" is the most popular place for canoeing trips in this province.

The river is shown in its natural, non-ideal surroundings which adds charm to the visualization. Of course, there are also 3d visualizations of the investment with a wild roe deer in the foreground and buildings in the background. The whole creates an amazing atmosphere.
