We had the pleasure of working with the developer Marys sp. z o.o., for whom we created a set of marketing materials for the "Diamentowe Zacisze" investment. Diamentowe Zacisze Rząska is a prestigious estate of 6 single-family detached houses with their own gardens and garages, located in Rząska just outside of Kraków.
The layout of the website was built on the old rule - "the simpler, the better". At all costs we want to avoid a situation where a visitor of our investment website starts to get lost on it or starts to wonder - "why did he come here at all"?
The website from the beginning to the end leads the recipient "by the hand". We present the benefits, important information, photorealistic visualizations of the investment and give the possibility to check availability of units with prices. At the end, at the bottom - the most important - the customer contacts the developer through a convenient form of contact - a form, e-mail or telephone.
Photorealistic 3D visualizations present the estate in its best form. The estate is located in an area that is on a slight hill. We decided to take advantage of that and create the first visualization at the very entrance to the estate - at the bottom of the hill. We created an atmosphere of a morning, we added two cars and some vegetation in the foreground. The final effect exceeded the client's expectations. The 3D visualization looked phenomenal.
Next visualizations were prepared from different perspectives and in different atmosphere, to avoid the effect of repetitiveness. In the end, the client received 5 photorealistic 3D visualizations, which will surely make an impression on their clients. Goal achieved! :)

Nearly 2 years ago I was looking for a company that would be able to comprehensively handle our development project from the marketing side.
