For Polish real estate developer KMK Development Sp. z o.o., &  A&K AHOUSE sp. z o.o. we had the pleasure of preparing marketing materials for a property development project called "Cegielniana3" located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki in Poland.

For the investment we handled the creation of branding, marketing materials and marketing campaigns, leading to the sale of apartments.

In order to maximize the number of potential customers, the offer is addressed to Polish and Ukrainian speakers. The website was prepared in 2 languages.

For the "Cegielniana3" real estate project we prepared a set of marketing materials. We began our cooperation by choosing a name and developing branding for the real estate development project. Then we moved on to the realization of the investment's website with a 360 ° Preview of the building, 3D External Visualization, 3D Interior Visualization and 3D floor plans and apartments. For this investment, we also prepared a 3D Walk through the interior of the M12 apartment. We encourage you to check the effect of the works below!

For the "Cegielniana3" real estate investment project we have realized a 3D walk-through of the interior of apartment M12. The virtual walk-through is available for full viewing on the investment's website. The recipient has the opportunity to view the rooms: Living room with kitchenette, hallway, bathroom, dressing room, bedroom, children's room and balcony.
