In today's rapidly developing world of technology, companies must constantly seek new and innovative solutions to stand out from the competition.
One such tool that is revolutionizing the architecture, design, and marketing industries is 3D visualization. In our latest blog post, we present the success story of the KEJBI Foundation, which achieved remarkable results thanks to our 3D visualization services.
Challenge
The KEJBI Foundation in Pawłowice, Poland runs a sports club for children, currently attended by 150 children from various backgrounds. As part of its integration activities, the foundation plans to create opportunities for disabled children to participate in the activities as well. For the proper functioning and development of the club, a modern changing room meeting the appropriate conditions is necessary.
Facility Concept
In March 2023, the KEJBI Foundation, in collaboration with Dom Technologii from Pszczyna, developed a concept for an ultramodern social facility that utilizes new technological solutions to reduce the building's energy consumption and operating costs. The building is to be located in Pawłowice, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.
Cooperation between KEJBI and RendPro Limited
The collaboration between the KEJBI Foundation, RendPro Limited, and Dom Technologii from Pszczyna resulted in the development of a complimentary concept for an ultramodern social facility that utilizes modern technological solutions to reduce the building's energy consumption and operating costs.
RendPro Limited created the 3D visualizations pro bono, highlighting our commitment to helping local communities and supporting initiatives for children and youth.
Technical Description of the Building
The building consists of three main rooms (changing rooms), equipped with showers and toilets. Additionally, there is a planned office room, a general toilet, and two storage rooms. The building's structure is based on a steel-aluminum frame, with the rear wall and one side made of sandwich panels, and the front facade made of cellular glass.
All rooms have a height of 3 meters, and windows with a height of 70 cm will be installed along the entire length of the rear wall, serving as skylights. The building will be equipped with a duct heating system distributed across the roof with air handling units and a molecular disinfection system. Entrances to the building will be at ground level.
