Receiving the Real Estate Eagles Award is a moment that prompts me to reflect on the journey from my first freelance jobs to building a company that now collaborates with real estate developers across Poland and aims to operate internationally.
This isn’t just a personal accolade, but proof that vision, determination, and a team of like-minded people can build something lasting and meaningful.
The Founder’s Story – Alexander Gadomski
Aleksander Gadomski, the founder of RendPro, has been fascinated by technology, entrepreneurship, and marketing from an early age.
He grew up in a small village of just 230 residents, in a farming family.
There were no IT companies, ad agencies, or modern businesses where he could gain professional experience. Nonetheless, by observing the everyday work of his parents, he absorbed work ethics, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
By the age of 15, he already knew his path would involve 3D graphics and marketing. That truly captivated him.
He taught himself all the necessary skills—through trial and error and from books by top global experts.
School was never a place where he felt he was growing. On the contrary—he learned more during breaks between classes, browsing PDF books, e-books, and even photos of printed book pages on his phone. Every moment was a learning opportunity—on his way to and from school he listened to audiobooks about business, marketing, and sales psychology.
He passionately developed his skills, but quickly realized that in his environment, there were no opportunities to use them professionally. That’s why at 19—in his final year of technical school, just a month after prom—he started his own business with the ambitious goal of gaining international clients.
Even then, he was diving deep into the mechanics of business and analyzing the magic behind marketing—why some social media posts get hundreds of thousands of likes while others barely get two. It was a puzzle he wanted to solve. So he began experimenting, testing, and implementing new ideas. Thanks to this, his personal Instagram profile grew to 2,500 followers in just a few months—more than ten times the population of his home village. It was like a whole small town following his online journey.
Marketing still fascinates him and remains a foundation not only for RendPro’s strategy but also for the companies that choose to work with him.
At the beginning of his career, Aleksander specialized in 3D visualizations as a freelancer. He managed to land a few projects with real estate developers—and it was then he noticed that among various industries and client types, working with developers suited him best. He understood that not only did they value quality, but that in real estate, visuals are crucial throughout the entire sales process.
At the same time, he saw that his marketing knowledge could be applied on a larger scale—it could help promote something that doesn’t physically exist yet.

When founding RendPro at age 19, he focused on providing comprehensive marketing services for property investments. From the beginning, he knew he needed to build a team of specialists—people who shared his passion for quality and innovation—to realize his vision.
Over the years, he carefully selected experts from various fields to offer clients full marketing support—from investment logos and 3D visualizations, to marketing strategies and effective campaigns that truly boost property sales.
Thanks to this approach, RendPro has become a company that delivers not just beautiful visuals, but also strategies and effective tools that help developers sell their investments more efficiently.
